Training

If you are interested or have already taken the first step in becoming a Court Appointed Special Advocate, welcome to our community!

It doesn’t take any special background training or profession to become a Court Appointed Special Advocate. We only require that applicants be 21 years or older and are able to pass a background check.

In our 4 week training course, we will provide you with all of the necessary training and knowledge that you will need to act as an extra set of eyes and ears for the Judge.

If you haven’t filled out an application yet, and are curious about our program click here and we will contact you and answer any questions that you may have.

    • Gershondra,
Thank you for asking about CASA training. Our next class actually begins tonight at 5:30 p.m. at our Monroe office at 513 Walnut St. If you are interested in attending tonight, please call Jessica Bryant at 398-0945. Our next class after that will begin in late January.

  3. I am looking for the application so i can’ apply to be a casa volunteer.
